Not to worry. Everything is "fine" between your governor and your media emperor.

David Paterson insisted this morning that there weren't any hard feelings about Rupert Murdoch calling him "a very nice and honest man who's blind and can't read Braille and doesn't really know what's going on."

Mr. Paterson said the News Corp. chief handled it "like a gentleman" by calling to apologize yesterday. But that didn't stop the governor from raising the stakes with a challenge.

"I think I would be willing to on 'Jeopardy' with Mr. Murdoch any time," Paterson told WOR's John Gambling.

He also asked, rhetorically, whether Mr. Murdoch reads Braille.
