The pair of nine-room co-ops, listed with mega-agent Dolly Lenz, got less pricey as the economy drooped--though the combined tag was cut only to $11.95 million and then to $10.95 million, still more than she'd paid. But Ms. Disney was evidently willing to sell them for a lot less.

Last month, according to a deed filed in city records Friday, she and her husband sold off the apartments for $7.2 million, $3.55 million less than they'd paid--and even less than they were rumored to be selling for.

The A-line apartment sold for $3.75 million, and the $3.45 million B-line unit sold to Amy Gold and Brett Gorvy, the husband-and-wife deputy chairmen at Christie's.
