The Economy Sucks

Compared to the rest of New York State, New York City is pretty optimistic about the state’s economy.

Which isn’t saying much.

Only 17 percent of city residents said they thought the state’s economy was getting better, compared to ten percent in the suburbs and upstate, according to a new poll from Marist. Which means we’ll probably see more incumbent-bashing on the campaign trail.
