Sam Sifton has compiled everything he ate (“Three bites grilled fish with sausage [150 calories]”) in the space of one week into a list for Diner’s Journal. The grand total: 24,560 calories, or an average of 3509 per day.

It is, he writes, “a fairly terrifying document.” And it doesn’t even include the Double Down.
