This Upper East Side gem is going, going … not yet gone.

Given the market for luxury apartments, you probably have some time. Still, this spot in a former Christie’s auction house at 219 East 67th Street can claim to be one of the few loft (not just “loft-like”) spots in the nabe.

The listing has been up for less than a month, but 10,000 square feet of Soho way noho may not be on the market for long. Naturally there are 10-foot ceilings, plus a second floor just for the bedrooms and a kitchen of “restaurant proportions," according to the Douglas Elliman listing.

The Rough Guide once called this building “an upper crust version of a garage sale.” For nearly $12.95 million, surely you can at least get them to throw in a toaster. — Laura Kusisto
