Need to visualize business applications before they’re built? There’s an app for that.

Software company iRise, maker of such a project, took 3,600 square feet on the eighth floor of 545 Madison Avenue for five years. The property is an 18-story, gut-renovated tower, developed by LCOR. The Plaza district building is certified LEED Gold.

“The customizable pre-built space at 545 Madison has been a big attraction for tenant prospects, including iRise,” said David Sigman, senior vice president at LCOR. “iRise knew they could occupy first-class space within a reasonable time period. Tenants also appreciate the building’s sustainable features and unsurpassed Manhattan location. Interest in 545 Madison is steadily rising, and we see the trend continuing.”

Lisa Kiell, Frank Doyle, David Kleiner and Andrew Flint of Jones Lang LaSalle represented landlord LCOR. David Amsterdam of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

Other tenants in the building include Siemens Enterprise Communications, the Home Shopping Network and CS Tang.
