Republican Attorney General contender Dan Donovan is having a $1,000-a-head “cocktail reception” at the home of Mayor Bloomberg Wednesday evening, one of the many nice benefits that comes with the mayor’s strong endorsement.
Bloomberg has been outspoken in his support for Donovan, the Staten Island DA, showing more enthusiasm than for any other statewide candidate. His former campaign manager, Bradley Tusk, is a consultant for the campaign, and Cathy Blaney, a GOP fundraiser who has ties to Mayor Bloomberg, is fundraising for Donovan.

Michael R. Bloomberg.
On Wednesday, June 16th, 2010 Daniel M. Donovan will be in Manhattan for a fundraising reception at the home of Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg from 6:00p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
