Third time’s a charm?
The corner that once housed the well-regarded Lunetta, and the well-regarded Mayrose before that, has a new tenant: Brio’s Damien Scoditti, who plans to open a still-unnamed restaurant in the ground-floor space of 920 Broadway, at 21st Street.
This is Mr. Scoditti’s second Manhattan restaurant. His first, Brio, at 61st Street and Lexington Avenue, is known for its ample wine selection and hearty, pricey fare.
Mr. Scoditti’s and the landlord’s broker, Colliers International, announced the new lease this morning.
