Goldman President Gary Cohn, with Hardhat, Promotes Volunteerism in Firm’s Lobby

Earlier this month, I wrote about Wall Street’s do-gooder summer. At Goldman Sachs, for example, there’s a program called Community TeamWorks that will take bank employees to a Brooklyn animal shelter and a New Jersey ice cream social. Fans of the subject will be happy to hear that a very large photo of Goldman President and COO Gary D. Cohn doing community service now adorns the gorgeous lobby of the firm’s West Street headquarters. It was apparently hung earlier, then taken down, and is now back again. In the photo, Mr. Cohn is wearing a hardhat, blue jeans and a TeamWorks t-shirt; and he is leaning on a ladder.
