Mr. Bloomberg had the device in tow when he met Queen Elizabeth last week, and he has begun to read his notes off of it, instead of notecards, during speeches. He also uses the device to read magazines (Aviation Week) and books (The Fires by Joe Flood and Last Call: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition by Danier Okent). Mr. Bloomberg was an early adapter, beginning to intregrate the device into his routine when it debuted in May.

But the mayor's office insisted that Mr. Bloomberg still reads all the city's dailies in print. Yes, kind of like how he takes the subway to work everyday.
