Buyers these days! They're always after amenities. For the buyer who refuses to compromise, this penthouse "possesses every amenity buyers require today."
Most penthouses have views, but few possess such advanced viewing technology. According to the Sotheby's listing, this $14.95 million apartment includes "floor to ceiling windows throughout," just to make sure buyers don't miss one iota of potential park viewage. The penthouse spans the 28th and 29th floors, so that's a lot of windows. The viewing, further, starts upon entry: The "glass entry foyer," with its "grand staircase," is both "double height" and "floor to ceiling." And it's "facing the park."
Other required amenities include an "enormous terrace" and a pair of Juliet balconies. The eat-in kitchen, of course, "faces the park" and has "all the new appliances and conveniences of a chef's kitchen." What it doesn't have, though, is a chef. — William Alden
