On September 10th, Fashion's Night Out will transform cities worldwide into upscale pep rallies for shopping. But the retail good will is not exclusive to urban centers! One can also experience its splendors via the internet, courtesy of Andre Leon Talley and Tavi Gevinson. Talley will be hosting a live webcast for CBS; Gevinson, meanwhile, will apparently be blogging. "A source close to Barneys tells us she's flying in with her dad to tweet Fashion's Night Out for the store, and post live to its blog BSides on Barneys.com," reports The Cut.

We like to imagine that her dad is exactly as excited about this as dads everywhere are when they provide transportation for fourteen-year-old daughters, and will sit outside the store in a minivan listening to NPR.
