Tomorrow is primary day, meaning dozens of New Yorkers are expected to hop out of bed early and proudly perform their civic duty, registering their choice for who they think best represents their hopes, dreams and values.

Just kidding. Tomorrow's primary is expected to be a low-turnout affair, with around 600,000 Democrats turning out tomorrow and far fewer Republicans. Still, there is a lot going on, and if you, like most New Yorkers, have spent the past several months out of town or transfixed by the latest Koran-burning scandal, allow us to bring you up to speed.
