103234682 Take Sock! What You Need to Watch, Day 3Three American men take to the courts for the first time today, and the second round begins in other matches. Here are some matches to keep an eye out for.

Sam Querrey v. Bradley Klahn, 11am, Armstrong: The Samari will return! As will Querrey who’s coming off a strong summer and is widely believed to make it into the second week this year.

Melanie Oudin v. Alona Bondarenko, mid-afternoon, Armstrong: Is this when Oudin finally falls? If you picked up the papers yesterday you could have forgotten Oudin’s horrid slump from this summer and thought it was September 2009! Oudin’s run will likely end today against the Ukrainian.

Frederico Gil v. John Isner, late afternoon, Armstrong: Isner makes his return to the Open after his marathon Wimbledon match. And, hey, look! Isner made it into Stefano Tonchi’s new W magazine too!

Sam Stosur v. Anastasia Rodionova, late afternoon, Court 11: Not sure if Sam had a talk with Lacoste yet, but we sure hope so. Check out her outfit today.

Jack Sock v. Marco Chiudinelli, late afternoon, Court 13: Jack Sock is the 17-year-old American boy who is expected to be the next big thing. Keep an eye on him today.
