Clearly, the Gold Coast of Greenwich Village hit the spot for Roger A. Enrico, former CEO of PepsiCo and current DreamWorks Animation chairman. The L.A.-based executive purchased a barely three-bedroom in the Butterfield House at 37 West 12th Street for $3.14 million, we presume as a pied-à-terre.
The recently renovated condo, listed by Liz Omedes and Kevin Reardon of Mercedes Berk, features a sweeping living room with Brazilian hardwood floors, a built-in bar and a dining room with glass atrium. The sellers are merchandising mavens Janet E. Grove and Carolynn Gigli.
In 2004, after nearly 30 years helming PepsiCo, Mr. Enrico moved to DreamWorks Animation. In June, the company premiered the animated sitcom, Neighbors From Hell.
