Below is the Charlie Rangel's full speech to the House Ethics Committee, in which take special aim at Congressman Bonner, whom Rangel seemed to think accused him of deceiving his constituents by pushing back the date of the hearing until after the election.

"God knows there was enough derogatory things said about me that I don't think, Mr. Bonner, that you have to feel sorry for my consituents not knowing. The press took care of it."
