In 2006, the SNL-alum and Brooklyn native, who is married to producer Nancy Juvonen, listed two seventh-floor apartments at the oldest New York City co-op building, 34 Gramercy Park East, for $3.75 million. However, the listing soon came off the market and public records show no sale of the yet-to-be-combined units. Now, city records belie that Mr. and Mrs. Fallon may have had a change of heart about the pair of apartments in the 1880s era building, as the couple purchased a $1.35 million eighth-floor apartment from gallerist Gordon Veneklasen, who, evidently, has a knack for nostalgia--in 2009 he spent $5.5 million for Daniel Loeb's carriage house at 7 MacDougal Alley.

The high-floor two-bedroom with park views was listed with Sotheby's Serena Boardman. It looks like the 2010 Emmy Awards host is moving up--one floor at a time.
