According to PM, the novel is “loosely based on the author’s life, about a wedding columnist who can’t find a bride of his own.” It’s the first of a two-book deal that sold at auction.

At The Times, Mr. Sipher has written up, among others, the weddings of Dan Miller, guitarist for the band They Might Be Giants, and Nicola Kraus, co-author of The Nanny Diaries.

Congratulations Devan on having sold your book.  I am a little confused about whether or not it is going to be published in english.  I must also tell you that looking at your photograph I see Jerry in his younger days.  Love and best wishes.  Eileen H.
