Courtney Love and Milla Jovovich in IMAX Threeway at Village Townhouse

100 greenwich ave Courtney Love and Milla Jovovich in IMAX Threeway at Village TownhouseA strange thing happened last month on Twitter, even by the social network’s usually unruly standards: Courtney Love began sending out semi-coherent tweets about buying Milla Jovovich’s stunning Greenwich Village townhouse, which was on the market for $7.5 million.

This is strange not because of Love — more par for her course — but because the news actually appeared to be true. Turns out Love was indeed in the running, though she was beat out at the last minute by Rich Gelfond, the CEO of IMAX, and his new wife Peggy Bonapace, according to Page Six.

It looks like the four-bedroom abode will be shedding its celebrity skin after all.
