The neighbors will likely miss the free shows, but others may be more thrilled to learn that Harrison Ford's place is on the market for $16 million, according to Curbed.

The apartment in the Chelsea loft conversion at 206 West 17th Street features four bedrooms and a 2,300-square-foot terrace and served as a bachelor bad for the newly-single actor before he met his new squeeze, Calista Flockhart. He bought the place in 2002 for $5.3 million, a mere fraction of the current listing price. Will the new 1100 Architects-designed look justify the steep price of admission?
