Rudy Giuliani made an appearance on Face the Nation on Sunday and he said that the Giffords shooting last weekend pointed to the need to better mental health care in the nation.
Giuliani also echoed Barack Obama’s calls for a new kind of civility–an odd tact for a man who once called a ferret owner “really, really sad.”
Giuliani was also asked about 2012, and said that he had given the idea of running for president a lot of thought in recent weeks.
