Emma Watson, Dakota Fanning to Join Rich College-Celebrity Tradition at NYU

106553821 Emma Watson, Dakota Fanning to Join Rich College Celebrity Tradition at NYUNYU Local reports that Dakota Fanning, of The Runaways and the Twilight series, has been accepted to NYU’s Gallatin, and that Emma Watson, of the Harry Potter series, has been seen touring the school recently, taking time away from her current matriculation at Brown. (Representatives for both actresses were unavailable for comment.) Gallatin, whose students design their own academic programs, is a time-honored spot for celebrities, having been the onetime academic home of both Olsens and incoming Vassar transfer Anne Hathaway. Welcome to New York to students both new and newly weary of being out of the loop in Providence!

I think Emma Watson would do better to stay at Brown and Dakota needs to look at schools in a more “out of the way” place. NYU is a great school, but I think it would be better for them to ejoy the “protection” of a more out of the way place to go through their later teens and young adolesence.

Confused about Hathaway as ‘incoming.’ Didn’t she transfer years ago? Genuinely curious. Pls answer.
