Quinn, So Far, 'Encouraged' by Latest in St. Vincent's Saga

The Speaker of the New York City Council, and likely 2013 mayoral candidate, Christine Quinn is “encouraged” by the latest efforts to restore some of the health care services her West Village district lost after St. Vincent’s was shuttered.
