L'Oreal Looking for 500K Feet

  • A porch just like the one your grandma used to have.

This Hamptons house is different (in a good way) from many of the other multi-million-dollar properties you’ll see on the waterfront. It’s not as grand as other houses in its price range, but it probably will feel more like home. You won’t find 30-foot ceilings, uber-modern design or sweeping staircases here, but that’s the beauty of it. The place is filled with down-home charm, and is also right on the beach.

The 2,800-square-foot Southampton abode will run you $5.4 million for four bedrooms, a pool and some awesome views.

  • Back Forward Doesn't look like much from the outside.

This is one of the best houses in the Hamptons. If you have confidence, your possessions don’t have to shout they can whisper. Truely elegant, understated and confidant. Thanks for showing it.
