    You wouldn’t know it from the pictures, but this $7.95 million Central Park West condo has one unusual amenity. It comes built with a “Creston home automation system” (jargon-y, we know) that controls your home’s lights, window shades and sound system. Sounds pretty snazzy. But that’s not all: every room comes with iPod docks installed.

    As the listing puts it, “no expense has been spared” (which explains the condo’s hefty price tag). It has three bedrooms and is 2,220 square feet.
