    Although the listing doesn’t have much to say about this Yorkville townhouse, it is definitely charming. Some of the decor is a bit odd (mismatched patterned carpet in the foyer?), but that, of course, can be fixed. And it makes for some interesting pictures! It also adds to the quaint feel of this townhouse, which looks more like a country home.

    It has six bedrooms, a wine cellar, a garden and a gym. You get 6,000 square feet, but it’s a bit pricey at $10 million. But if that sounds reasonably within your budget, it might be worth checking out (even if just for wishful thinking).
