This Harlem apartment has awesome views of Central Park, six bedrooms, a rooftop pool and a gym in the building and 4,963 square feet. All for $6.842 million (definitely not chump change to most people, but cheaper than similar apartments further down). The residences, at 1280 Fifth Avenue, are on top of the Museum for African Art at the end of the Museum Mile.

But be warned—these photos are “artistic renderings,” so what you see might not be what you get. The listing is still worth checking out, though; it has YouTube videos and links to Facebook and Twitter pages. Nothing can stop brokers with access to new media!
