This is something we don’t come across often—an $8 million apartment that doesn’t look like it’s been staged for the listing pictures. The kitchen cupboards have real food in them, the bedroom is slightly cluttered and the current occupants cleared the walls of any pictures (which now appear to be leaning against a wall in the dining room). The location of the apartment—in the Majestic on Central Park West—is more important than the interior shots, anyway.

The co-op, near Lincoln Square, is 3,500 square feet and has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private terrace and the building has a gym, children’s playroom and private gardens.

But beware: the listing says the bathrooms are in “ESTATE TYPE CONDITION,” so they may need some work (not surprisingly, no pictures of the bathrooms were included in the listing).
