Bridgehampton Estate Calls Itself a Villa, And It Is Not Kidding

The listing says “villa,” and it isn’t kidding. Bridgehampton isn’t quite the Mediterranean, but owning this estate might save you the hassle of flying to Spain or France. And like the Hamptons estate we showed you yesterday, this one also has a putting green (with sand traps and all). And it includes six bedrooms, 6,500 square feet, a pool, and a wraparound deck.

Of course, $12.5 million is a lot to shell out for a vacation home; you might be better off renting a real villa in Italy for the summer and using what’s left over to hit the Galleria in Milan.
