Maureen Orth Sells Upper West Side Co-op for $1.8 M.

Maureen Orth Sells Upper West Side Co op for $1.8 M.Maureen Orth, special correspondent for Vanity Fair and widow of Tim Russert (and mother of Luke), just sold a Manhattan co-op to a recently married couple, according to city records.

Dimitrije Mitrinovic and Alexandra McCormack, an investment analyst and a specialist in mergers and acquisitions, respectively, bought the property at 46 West 76th Street for $1.8 million.

Russert died in 2008 of a heart attack in Washington. He and Ms. Orth had been married for 25 years.

Ms. Orth still lives in D.C., according to her website (she loves it there, apparently). We have a call out to her through Condé Nast and an email through her website; and a call out to Ms. McCormack, the buyer.

UPDATE: Ms. Orth emailed on Tuesday afternoon to say she had no comment.
