This co-op is exactly what you might expect an $8.95 million Manhattan co-op to look like: very stately and dignified. There are plenty of pastels, fireplaces and chandeliers along with a grand piano to tie it all together. And, of course, a winding staircase that leads to three master bedrooms. Is it tea time yet?

The Beekman duplex is 4,325 square feet and has one non-master bedrooom. It also features a kitchen with what appears to be two ovens and a double stovetop (and a strangely placed sink). So much sophistication!

Absolutely gorgeous property, the kind with which the smart professional can tastefully indulge herself. The co-op atmosphere is also always very nice. Clients love the closeness of co-ops, plus the buildings tend to be remarkably charming.
