Yesterday Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand was one of just six Democrats in the Senate to vote against a bil that would raise the debt ceiling. Late last night, State Republican Party chairman Ed Cox sent out a statement praising the vote and decrying Gillibrand for her vote.
