Turner Knocks Weprin On Council Slush Fund

This Greenwich Village apartment is crazy about kids. It has everything you need to raise a family in the big city: a playroom, a nursery, kids’ room, kids’ bathroom (that is, if you want an apartment without an office and with only one guest room). And there’s no fireplace in the living room, so you can let your kids run around without worrying about them smacking their heads on the sharp brick edges. The building also has a roof deck, which is kind of like the city equivalent of a suburban backyard, right?

The co-op is asking $4.3 million for four bedrooms, but the listing doesn’t disclose the square footage. There’s plenty of storage space with custom built-in closets and the building is right across from Washington Square Park (a perfect place to have a family picnic and walk your dog!).
