If you’ve ever dreamed of hosting a group acid trip centered around the writings of Lewis Carroll but never happened upon the right setting for such a “happening,” then we have but one thing to say to you this afternoon: “you’re welcome.”

In perusing today’s listings, The Observer happened upon this $5.95 million Grace Court townhouse from Brown Harris Stevens, and when you look at the pictures, you’ll see why it so quickly caught our eye.

While the listing is rather light on the more concrete details (no square footage) about the house, the broad details are there (it’s apparently an owner triplex/garden level rental situation) and we know from experience that the houses on that small block in The Heights tend to run large, so the asking seems in the range of reasonable, especially in Brooklyn these days.

But let’s not bury the lede.

What makes this place worthy of attention is the taffeta dreamscape decor leftover from the previous owner. The electric pink ball living room is something… unique, as is the stained glass skylight above the rather garishly wallpapered main staircase.

So, let’s recap: residential and rental income property in tony Brooklyn neighborhood with plenty of space to entertain your closest friends for a nice “freak out.”

We hope to see you there…
