White Marshmallow Couches in the Hamptons

This Hamptons estate in North Sea looks big enough to be a bed and breakfast resort. There’s a giant tennis court in the backyard (that also has a basketball hoop), a pool and three stories of balconies that stretch across the back of the house. It also has five acres of land and “sunset bay views.” All for a price tag of $3.995 million (it’s amazing how much more bang you can get for your buck with a house on the bay as opposed to the ocean).

And did we mention it’s 9,000 square feet? If you do decide to go the B&B route, there will be plenty of room for your guests—the house has eight bedrooms.
