Although it is doubtless a busy time for fashion showroom owner Joey Giuntoli, the president of the eponymous Joey Showroom has managed to sell his apartment.

Modern Spaces broker Bari Lynn raved about the space. “It was completely gut renovated back in 2002 and it was an extraordinary renovation. There was a tremendous amount of closet space and storage place.” Perfect for a fashionisto. The closets, Ms. Lynn explained, are cleverly hidden behind the walls, concealed from visitors.  The Observer wonder whether Mr. Giuntoli was storing excess inventory in his home or if perhaps he simply has an abundance of suits. Of course his old place comes with a washer and dryer, also concealed, to keep all those clothes fresh and clean.

The one-bedroom condo was purchased by Jean-Pierre Lee who appears to be a lawyer based out of Paris and New York. Mr. Lee could not immediately be reached for comment. According to StreetEasy, the property has been on and off the market since 2010. It listed with Modern Spaces in April with a $1.4 million price tag. Ultimately Mr. Lee paid $1.35 million for the home.

According to a brief interview with Racked NY, Mr. Giuntoli has moved just a few blocks west to somewhere around 11th Avenue on 19th Street. Considering that his 6,000-square-foot showroom is just ten blocks North of the new place, it seems that Mr. Giuntoli will have a nice walk up the West Side to work.
