Jerri DeVard, the Chief Marketing Officer, at Nokia has sold her apartment at Park Avenue Court. Maybe service in the building was spotty? Ms. DeVard was at Verizon until December of last year when she took her current position at the Finnish telecom giant.
According to a listing from Brown Harris Stevens broker Margery Hadar, the four-bedroom four-bath spread is in mint condition. “This impeccable apartment was completely renovated with clean lines, and a contemporary feeling,” the listing brag. With deep mahogany floors throughout and tiny “pin” Hallogen lighting, the home has a distinctly modern feel.
And let’s not forget about those fancy flushers! “The bathrooms have all been done in today’s taste level with Toto toilets and custom cabinetry,” adds Ms. Hadar. The master bath features a Jacuzzi tub for some seriously relaxing soaks, and “opera glass tiles.” Soprano or Alto?
Ms. DeVard put her home on the market in January of this year (right about the time she took her new gig) with a $3.6 million asking price. After a few price reductions over the past few months the home sold for $3.3 million. The buyers are Jeremy and Sinead Urwin.
