After today’s story on the Watchtower and it’s holdings in Brooklyn Heights, we thought it would be helpful to give you a deeper sense of the residential properties currently on the market in Brooklyn Heights.

In the following slides you can get a look at the properties that are being marketed and sold by Corcoran and were referred to by an Observer source, and local realtor, as being “in beautiful shape but they need work to be one family homes again.”

So with asking prices starting at $3.5 million, do you think the JWs will get asking for their brownstone beauties, or are they simply being too faithful that today’s market will deliver them what they seek?

  • Back Forward 105 Willow Street: This four-story brownstone s just around the corner from the Watchtower's biggest Heights housing facility and has been subdivided into a five-family home. For its renovation work on the building the Watchtower was awarded a certificate of merit by the Landmarks Preservation Commission. The Jehovah's are asking$3.6 million for it.

  • Back Forward 67 Remsen Street: Another brownstone on the market for $3.6 million, this might be the toughest brownstone for the Watchtower to unload as it has been renovated to best suit the organization's needs and is currently divided into 9 studio units.

  • Back Forward 76 Willow Street: Sitting on the corner of Willow and Pineapple Streets, this brownstone, while currently renovated into a three-unit building, is being marketed as a potential mansion of the future. The Watchtower is also seeking $3.6 million for this building, seemingly the going rate for former Watchtower, Willow Street brownstones.

  • Back 34 Orange Street: This unique Heights townhouse comes with its own private garage around the corner on HIcks Street, but it will also need a lot of work to renovate back into a single family home. FOr the trouble though it seems like the Watchtower is offering it at their version of a discount; $3.5 million.

Saw this with a client yesterday, it really is an amazing property. 5 car garage, Amazing architecture and the location cannot be beat. I think they might be priced a little high asking 4.5 Million but must say it was really amazing.
