It’s September, so galas are back in full swing. As New York’s high society stuffs summer cocktail dresses into wardrobe boxes, full black-tie regalia has been dusted off and is seeing the light of day again. Such was clearly the case at last night’s glamorous New Yorkers for Children Fall Gala. The evening honored basketballer Carmelo Anthony and the work he has done for at-risk youth. Guests included Serena Williams, Rachel Roy, Katie Lee, Lauren Remington Platt, Georgina Bloomberg and Tinsley Mortimer.
