Raia: State GOP committees have $2.4 million cash on hand

Republican campaign committees have $2.4 million cash-on-hand heading into the November elections.

“New Jersey Republicans have brought fiscal sanity back to the state and it is up to us to help elect more like-minded Republicans on November 8th,” said Samuel Raia, chairman of the New Jersey Republican Party.

Raia said the combined donations to the New Jersey Republican Party, Assembly Republican Victory and Senate Republican Majority in 2011 represent an increase of 68% over 2007, the last time when all 120 seats in the Legislature were in play.
