Matthew Yglesias Moves to Slate

Political superblogger Matthew Yglesias, currently of Think Progress and formerly of The Atlantic, will be narrowing his focus on the economy and economic policy in a new column on Slate’s Moneybox, he announced today.

Annie Lowrey vacated the position last month to join The New York Times Washington bureau.

Mr. Yglesias starts at Slate on Monday, November 21.

  1. Annie Lowrie says:

Who really cares about where these bloggers post? We just follow them.

So Yglesias is at Slate. Sullivan is at The Daily Beast. And others have moved to WaPo, Slate, etc.

And guess what? In another few months, they’ll all play musical chairs again.
