Yikes guys! You would think the NYPD would have learned something from Officer Anthony Bologna when it came to nonchalant pepper spraying. Apparently not: from this video taken on Friday night and uploaded to the interactive map project MyBlockNYC, even bikers whose rides are hit by cruisers can find themselves on the wrong end of industrial-grade Mace.

(Via Gothamist) To be fair to the police, we don't really get to see the entire incident preceeding the spray, but it looks like a lot of kids were surrounding and harassing the cruiser for knocking someone's bike over. This occured on Avenue A and 6th street, and was sure to ruin some poor kids' Halloween.
