Scott Stringer Dismisses Comptroller Rumors and Hints at Imminent Mayoral Campaign Announcement

Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer is widely rumored to be prepping a run for mayor in 2013, but recent reports also have him eyeing the comptroller’s office.
