Metropolitan Museum of Art Will Be Open Two Mondays in a Row

Want to see art on Dec. 25? Head to the Jewish Museum.

Six times a year the Metropolitan Museum of Art is open on Monday, the lone day of the week that it is typically closed to the public. Two of those very special Mondays are coming up, on Dec. 26 and Jan. 2.

The museum will be closed on Christmas Day, Dec. 25, like just about every museum in New York, with one exception that we have been able to find: the Jewish Museum.
