On January 19, Arianna Huffington announced the launch of the latest international edition of The Huffington Post, Italy’s L’Huffington Post. Like El Huffington Post and La Huffington Post–we’ve learned so much about definite articles this year–L’HuffPo is a partnership with a local media company, the Gruppo Editoriale L’Espresso, publisher of la Repubblica and L’Espresso.
L’Huffington Post is set to launch by the end of the year and is still recruiting editorial talent.Taking into consideration other Huffington hires like Nora Ephron (screenwriter, editor-at-large, Divorce), Rita Wilson (wife of Tom Hanks, editor-at-large, Post/50) and Anne Sinclair, (wife of Dominique Straus-Kahn, editor, Le Huffington Post), The Observer humbly nominates the following 10 people.
