The now-infamous Tribeca townhouse, originally listed in 2009 for $14.995 million, has seen its price knocked down $1.5 million once before, and now it has tumbled that far yet again, as desperate for a sale as its previous occupant was for sex.

The DSK townhouse can now be your, ignominy and all, for $11.95 million, the Wall Street Journal reports. The broker, Robert Dvorin of Town Residential claims the property hasn't yet sold because of it's singular design, the result of a recent renovation.

"It is a one-of-a-kind home—I would call it a work of art," he said. "It isn't your cookie-cutter home, and people feel they have to like everything about it. "

As it stands now, the current owner may lose money on the deal. Michael Marvisi, a developer and landlord, paid $6.79 million for the property back in 2008, but promptly gave it a $4 million facelift.
