Today, the Observer Media Group has launched LivingThere.com, a new real estate search and information site. Designed to simplify the buying process, LivingThere.com will provide consumers with powerful research tools necessary to navigate Manhattan’s real estate market.
The site, which allows users to search the real estate market, get real-time personalized market data and stay informed with a personalized real estate dashboard, is to be helmed by CEO Nate Friedman, who founded New York City’s first real estate search site, NateFind.com. “Buying real estate is one of the most significant purchases a person can make and it can also be the most intimidating,” said Friedman. “LivingThere.com has been designed to make the process as easy as possible for both consumers and agents.”
Jared Kushner, Publisher of The Observer Media Group, explained: “LivingThere.com will build upon the success we have enjoyed with our other real estate offerings”—among which are The Observer‘s own real estate coverage, along with Commercial Observer and the recently-launched Commercial Mortgage Observer—”by connecting buyers with brokers to facilitate relationships and to help each side explore diverse properties.”
Christopher Barnes, President of The Observer Media Group noted of the site: “For years, real estate has been a major component of The Observer Media Group’s print publications. We are very happy to announce LivingThere.com as our entrance into the digital real estate resource space,” said Barnes. “This site will educate consumers through every step of the real estate buying process – from the first day of their search to the day they close, all free of charge.”
