Moeller Fine Art, the Upper East Side gallery that specializes in Impressionist, modern and contemporary works, will be moving from its home at 36 East 64th Street, according to an e-mail from the gallery. As it turns out, the moving trucks won’t have to travel very far: they are moving across the street–literally–to 35 East 64th.

The gallery will occupy the ground floor and is expected to open this May. The former space on East 64th will be open by appointment in the interim. The move coincides with Moeller’s 40th anniversary. The gallery opened in London in 1972 and moved to New York in 1984. They also operate a space in Berlin.
