Today Condé Nast International CEO Jonathan Newhouse announced that Vogue will license a Ukranian edition through a partnership with local media company UMH Group. It is expected to launch in the next 12 months.

“The Ukraine is ready for Vogue,” Mr. Newhouse said in a statement. “Kiev is booming, and there is a strong market demand for luxury products and the experience Vogue can offer the reader.”

Congratulations, Ukraine!

These are the other states that were ready for Vogue: the United States, Britain, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Russia, Japan, China, Taiwan, Mexico & Latin America, Korea, Brazil, Greece, Australia, Portugal, India, Turkey and The Netherlands.
