Apparently, Brad Pitt is no longer speaking to relatively untested director Marc Forster--whom Mr. Pitt had pressed for as a director--and the actor, not the director, gets final say over the pages in the still-being-rewritten-on-the-fly script. The film has already been pushed back from this Christmas to next June--and we're hoping, at least, that in the tradition of films with horrible pre-release buzz, it's more like Titanic than John Carter.
